St. Patrick Church

St. Patrick Church is offering a Lenten reflection group entitled, “The Way of Suffering as a Way of Redemption”. We invite to attend those who are living with illness, as well as family members and caretakers. This group will meet weekly through the Lenten season on Tuesdays from 7-8:30pm in the Parlor at St. Patrick Church, 4330 St. Patrick Drive. The dates are Feb. 23, Mar. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. The group will be co-led by David Klemm, a Professor of Theology and Ethics at the Department of Religious Studies, University of Iowa, for the past 28 years; and his wife, Catherine Deming, a licensed mental health counselor with the Counseling Center of Iowa City. Catherine has a Master of Pastoral Studies degree from St. Ambrose University. Catherine and David are both members of St. Patrick Church.
